The Department of Homeland Security is erecting a camera tower near the Mexican border in Arizona where the San Pedro river enters the U.S. Labeled "Highway 101" by Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol during a debate with Rep. Jim Kolbe last January, the San Pedro corridor has long been a favorite route of illegal aliens. "I am delighted that our government has finally decided to take action to plug this hole, " Spencer said, "But I remain skeptical.
