Pre-Dawn Patrol Assists Border Patrol in Detection!
During a pre-dawn patrol on September 26th, 2006, ABP's Border Hawk M spotted a group of suspected border intruders hiding in a wash two miles north of the Mexican border. The Border Hawk orbited the group for approximately 30 minutes as it guided agents to the spot. "This episode proves just how difficult it is to find people who don't want to be found," said Glenn Spencer of ABP. "We need a fence," he added..

ABP Border Hawk Crew spotted the group in a wash near a US Border Patrol camera tower using ABP's new professional thermal camera. (The picture on the left shows a US Border patrol agent waving at the Border Hawk after the apprehension)
