American Border Patrol and Texas Border Volunteers Work Together.
Early this month, members of American Border Patrol were invited to Laredo, TX by the US Border Patrol to assist in night operations in the Laredo Sector. ABP Members Mike King, Mike Christie and Jerry Deebach flew to Laredo and attempted to meet with the Laredo Border Patrol, but our mission was cut short by a distinct lack of willingness on the part of the Border Patrol Air wing in Laredo. But, as they say, "dark clouds have a silver lining". We had the great fortune to be able to meet and work with a fantastic group of patriots called the Texas Border Volunteers! We were very impressed by their professionalism, organization, and capabilities. ABP members flew a night mission and provided air cover for the Texas Border Volunteers as well as joining them on the ground for terrestrial operations. ABP intends to work with the TBV in the near future to stop the hoards of invaders coming across the border and onto the property of hard working ranchers in South Texas!
