"It starts with border enforcement"
He can't be serious

Paul Ryan Says He'll Work With Obama, Just Not On Immigration
The two men have discussed "things we can get working together on."
House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) clarified his position on immigration reform on Sunday, saying that he continues to support a “pathway to legal status” for undocumented immigrants but not necessarily one that leads to citizenship.
“It starts with border enforcement,” he told CBS's “60 Minutes.” “It starts with enforcing the rule of law. But you need to have a vibrant, legal immigration system. Legal immigration is America. I think you could have a pathway to legal status. Earn your way to legal status, but not to citizenship.”

Being Made the Fools
Two years ago the American Immigration Council said:... "the 'enforcement first' perspective conveniently overlooks the fact that the United States has been pursuing an 'enforcement first' approach to immigration control for more than two-and-a-half decades --- and it has yet to work.”
Border enforcement has yet to work because the globalists who really run DC - and that includes Paul Ryan - don't want it to work. They want amnesty and open borders.
In 2006 Congress passed the Secure Fence Act.
Senator Obama voted for it. I knew they weren't serious, so I launched Operation B.E.E.F. -- Border Enforcement Evaluation First.
Sure enough, I was right --- they didn't build 700 miles of double-layered fence the law called for --- they built 30 miles of it.
The power structure never intended to build that fence. They passed the law to make us think the border was going to be secured so they could get amnesty passed.
Thank goodness for Sen. Dole. She blew the whistle and that helped stop amnesty.
The people must rise up and elect leaders who are serious about protecting our nation - and stop those who are making fools out of all of us.
