    Speaking at a White House summit focused on “violent extremism on Wednesday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson used the public appearance to criticize Republicans for not fully funding the Department of Homeland Security – a move the GOP has said is to stop payment for the implementation of President Barack Obama's executive action to block the deportation of millions of illegal aliens.

DHS is involved in procuring new Mobile Video Surveillance Systems
The area along the Rio Grande River where these cameras are supposed to be deployed is thick with brush and forests. Just as with the Integrated Fixed Towers program, these camera systems are doomed to failure without knowledge of where to point them - and they don't have that information with any reliability. -- This is what Republicans risk if they hold the line on amnesty.
